First Argentinean School of GPGPU Computing

The event, which will be held from 23 to 27 May 2011 at the City University of Cordoba, Argentina, will be aimed at teachers and researchers using High Performance Computing, HPC, and practitioners of this technology in the industry (steel , oil, technology, energy, etc.).
With the aim of bringing practitioners of high-performance computing from both academia and industry area to develop and optimize GPGPUs applications from 23 to 27 of May will be held the First Argentinean School of GPGPU Computing for Scientific Applications at the Faculty of Mathematics, Astronomy and Physics from the Cordoba National University in Argentina.
The school will have three courses (basic, advanced and applications), with a total of 16 classroom hours divided into theoretical and laboratories in the same proportion. In addition, there will be talks by guest speakers who are users and developers of HPC.
In the end, certificates of attendance and approval will be given, the last one after completing a take-home exam.
