28 estudiantes recibieron certificados de RENATA, la Universidad Nacional de Colombia y la Red Nacional de Ensino y Pesquisa de Brasil (RNP) en “Gobierno y gestión de servicios de TI”, y “Gobierno y seguridad de TI”, diplomados que fueron realizados dentro de marco del Programa de Gobernanza de TI de la Escuela Superior de Redes Colombia.
TIC EC 2015 is organized by the Ecuadorian Consortium of Advanced Internet (CEDIA) and the host university, the Technical University of Loja (UTPL).
The award for innovation was given to CEDIA, the National Research and Education Network of Ecuador, by Stephen Wolfram. Through this way, Ecuador has been recognized through its network in the area of innovation in research and education.
In October, 78 institutions in Brazil and Latin America took part in the Security Month and carried out local actions focused on spreading the culture of security to the general public. Coordinated by RNP, in partnership with the Latin American Cooperation of Advanced Networks (RedCLARA) and the Organization of American States (OAS), the set of celebrations has reached its third edition.
