REUNA presents a new issue of Red en Acción, its digital magazine on collaboration, cybersecurity and innovation

REUNA presenta una nueva edición de Red en Acción, su revista digital sobre colaboración, ciberseguridad e innovación

This publication by the Chilean academic network brings together interviews, features and news items highlighting collaborative work between universities, research centres and academic networks, addressing key issues for the digital and scientific development of Chile and Latin America.

The National University Network (REUNA) invites the community of National Research and Education Networks that make up RedCLARA to discover issue number 56 of its digital magazine, Red en Acción. Aimed at sharing experiences, building capacity and raising the profile of initiatives that drive science, higher education and digital transformation through collaborative work, ‘Red en Acción’ is one of the oldest and most established publications in the academic networking sector at a global level.

In this new issue, REUNA highlights the importance of networking, promoting knowledge exchange and building joint capabilities amongst academic institutions, research centres and specialist communities. Through interviews, features and news articles, the magazine addresses issues of growing relevance to the research and education ecosystem, such as the protection of personal data, cybersecurity, advanced connectivity and cooperation between institutions.

This issue also brings together various initiatives that demonstrate how collaboration and the exchange of experiences can lead to new opportunities for capacity building, innovation and knowledge creation. Seeing the work carried out by REUNA alongside its member institutions and in coordination with other National Research and Education Networks (NRENs) in Latin America and the rest of the world is another of the things you can do when reading *Red en Acción*, which helps to expand opportunities for international coordination and cooperation for the benefit of science, higher education and digital transformation.

For the RedCLARA community, this publication represents an opportunity to learn about experiences, progress and best practices that strengthen regional collaboration and demonstrate the strategic value of advanced academic networks as facilitators of research, innovation and international cooperation. The latest edition of Red en Acción invites you to discover the stories and projects that are shaping an increasingly connected community committed to the advancement of knowledge.
