The International Conference on Open Educational Practices "An ascendant approach to develop a Common Space for Higher Education in Latin America and Europe," aims to gather decision makers to enhance the strengthen and sustain of a common space of higher education in Latin America and the European Union, through an ascendant approach and by the increased use of open educational practices and resources (PEA & REA). The conference will explore topics around the theme ‘Networking with the world’ and will be held in Dublin, Ireland, 19-22 May.
