I think the RAN in Bolivia will be enormously enhanced with RedCLARA, from the participation in joint research projects, the possibility of managing distance trainings with other countries and our incorporation into a global scientific community, among others. Obviously, these possibilities depend on the capacity of a good management of the RAN in Bolivia.”
