The RedCLARA Network Operations Centre (NOC) is provided by REUNA (Chilean NREN), which performs the day to day operation of the network.

The RedCLARA NOC group, based in Santiago (Chilean capital), is headed by REUNA (Red Universitaria Nacional) and is the group responsible for the day-to-day administration, control, monitoring and operation of all physical and logical infrastructures that comprises the backbone of RedCLARA.

The work of RedCLARA NOC aims to assure high level of performance and operation of the network and its interconnections.

The NOC and the NEG (Network Engineering Group) depends on RedCLARA Technical Committee.

The purpose of the RedCLARA Technical Committee is to keep RedCLARA organization at the forefront of IP network advanced services by coordinating the NEG and the NOC groups. The Technical Committee also is to provide the best information and communications flow between the other groups regarding technical and political matters to the RedCLARA members. The Technical Committee also takes the key role in developing the technical sessions and the regular meetings of CLARA staff.
